We provide transport and delivery services strictly for domestic shipments. We do not offer international shipping. All delivery addresses must be physical locations.

2. Courier Arrangements & Freight Costs
Shipping costs are not calculated dynamically on our website and will not appear at checkout. When finalizing your order, you must select one of the following two options:

- Option A: Vendor-Arranged Transport (Post-Checkout Invoicing)
We will manually source a courier quote based on your order’s total weight, volume, and destination. We will email this transport fee to you as a separate invoice after checkout. Your order will not be dispatched until the freight invoice is paid in full. - Option B: Customer-Nominated Transporter
You may use your own freight provider or courier account. Please advise us of your Transporter Name and Customer Account Number during checkout. You are responsible for booking the collection from our warehouse once we confirm your order is ready.
3. Allocation of Risk & Liability
All goods are transported at the customer’s sole risk. We are not liable for transit delays, lost packages, or handling damage caused by third-party carriers. We strongly advise purchasing independent transport insurance for high-value cargo.
